These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Business Story, the mobile game provided by By The Rai ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

My Business Story is a mobile business simulation game. The current release is offline-first and stores game progress locally on your device.

The current release does not include account creation, login, cloud save, advertising, or in-app purchases. Features and availability may change in future updates.

My Business Story is a fictional game created for entertainment purposes only. Any virtual money, companies, finance systems, bank deposits, precious metals, stocks, rankings, or rich list features are fictional in-game systems.

The Service does not provide financial advice, investment advice, gambling, real-money earning opportunities, or real-world financial services.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or our systems;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools;
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to restrict use of the Service where permitted by applicable law and app store policies.

Game progress in the current release is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for maintaining access to your local game data.

Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or losing access to your device may result in loss of game progress. The current release does not provide cloud backup or account recovery.

The current release of My Business Story does not include user accounts, in-app purchases, or advertising.

If future versions introduce additional features such as accounts, purchases, or advertising, these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

By The Rai reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, By The Rai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of local game progress stored on your device.
